Jade Penery

Jade is a Property Practitioner specialising in Kloof and the greater Upper Highway, bringing a fresh perspective, genuine enthusiasm and a real love for people to her career in property. Since entering the real estate industry, she has already celebrated an exciting milestone, receiving a Chairman’s Award in the First Sale category.

Originally from Durban North, Jade has embraced the opportunity to immerse herself in the Upper Highway community. One of her favourite parts of the job is meeting new people, building connections and continually discovering more about the neighbourhoods, homes and people that make the area so special.

For Jade, real estate is first and foremost a people business. She approaches buyers and sellers with integrity, empathy and a genuine desire to understand the person behind the property journey. Rather than viewing clients as transactions, Jade strives to build meaningful, long-lasting relationships based on mutual trust and understanding — and she loves when a professional relationship develops into a lasting friendship.

Becoming a Property Practitioner has also given Jade the opportunity to combine her natural love of people with the excitement of helping someone through an important chapter in their life. Whether it’s getting to know a new buyer, helping a family find the right home or supporting a seller through their next move, she brings warmth, enthusiasm and a personal touch to the experience.

Outside of property, Jade is a proud mom of two and loves nothing more than watching her children play sport and spending time with her family. She’s also a firm believer in the occasional dose of retail therapy — something she’ll happily make time for between property appointments!
