Pam Wickham

Pam is an experienced, top-performing Property Practitioner with deep roots in the Upper Highway and a real estate career spanning back to 2003. Having grown up in the area before living on the Berea and North Coast, Pam eventually returned to the Upper Highway — bringing with her extensive property experience and a genuine understanding of the communities and lifestyles across these sought-after areas.

Pam began her real estate career in the Umhlanga and La Lucia property markets before joining the Seeff Hillcrest Kloof family in 2011. Since then, she has established herself as a consistently high-performing agent, earning both Achiever and Platinum Status in recognition of her outstanding performance and commitment to the industry.

Her property expertise extends throughout the Upper Highway and into surrounding areas including Camperdown, Cato Ridge, Monteseel and Cliffdale. From traditional residential homes to farms, smallholdings and properties further afield, Pam’s extensive experience allows her to confidently assist clients across a diverse range of property types and locations.

For Pam, however, real estate has always been about more than property. Her genuine love of people, passion for the industry and unmistakable sense of humour have shaped the way she works with her clients. Family is also an important part of Pam’s life. Her daughter Holly is married to Erik, who has made Pam a proud granny to Ayden. Her son Cary is married to Kayla. Both have successful businesses and reside on the North Coast.
