Wendy is an experienced Property Practitioner and Head of Rentals at Seeff Hillcrest Kloof, specialising in Kloof and the greater Upper Highway area. With a real estate career that began in 2017, she brings extensive rental market knowledge, strong financial experience and a calm, solutions-focused approach to every client relationship.
Wendy began her property journey as a rental agent in Westville before joining Seeff in 2022. That same year, she achieved her NQF Level 4 qualification in Real Estate, further strengthening the practical industry experience she had already developed. Her dedication and expertise saw her progress to Head of Rentals at Seeff in February 2025, where she combines her knowledge of the rental market with a natural ability to work with people and solve problems.
Before entering real estate, Wendy spent approximately six years working in the financial industry. This background has given her valuable commercial insight, attention to detail and an understanding of the financial considerations that often accompany important property decisions.
What Wendy enjoys most about real estate is the people. She thrives on networking, building relationships and helping clients find a place they can truly call home.
