Our rental team can cover your day-to-day landlord responsibilities. As your representative, we can assist with lease agreements, inspection reports, key handover forms, and snag lists. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the income you generate. We'll also manage your landlord-tenant relationship, ensuring a positive leasing experience for all parties. Evictions can and do happen. As Seeff is registered with TPN (Tenant Profile Network), who are registered with the Credit bureau, we have your back. We can instruct TPN to provide a letter of demand and blacklist tenants when and where necessary. Plus, we can send eviction and notice to vacate letters and provide debt collection through TPN.
