Natasha Brown

Natasha is an accomplished Property Practitioner with deep roots in the Upper Highway and an exceptional understanding of the lifestyle, properties and communities that make this area so distinctive. Having called the Upper Highway home for more than three decades, she has personally owned properties in Kloof, Everton, Hillcrest and Summerveld, giving her a genuine connection to many of the areas she serves.

Since entering real estate, Natasha has quickly distinguished herself as a high-performing agent. She was named Seeff Rookie of the Year in 2024 and went on to rank fifth overall for Seeff in KwaZulu-Natal in 2025 — achievements that reflect her drive, commitment to her clients and determination to deliver results.

Natasha also brings a unique depth of knowledge to the equestrian property market. A lifelong equestrian, she has been extensively involved in both dressage and horse racing and has personally developed two equestrian properties in Summerveld. She has represented KwaZulu-Natal in dressage at national level on numerous occasions and has spent many years teaching the discipline. Her involvement in the equestrian community has allowed her to build an extensive network of relationships and an invaluable understanding of what buyers and sellers require from specialist equestrian properties.

Her passion for horses has also taken her around the world, where she has had the opportunity to experience a variety of international equestrian venues and properties, further broadening her perspective on equestrian lifestyles and property.

Beyond real estate and equestrian sport, Natasha has a passion for art, design and transforming homes. Having refurbished numerous properties over the years, she has developed an eye for seeing the potential in a home and appreciating the details that can make a property truly special.

Natasha is also a proud mother whose son attended both Highbury Preparatory School and Kearsney College, giving her first-hand familiarity with two of the Upper Highway’s well-known schools and further strengthening her connection to the local community.
