According to a recent FNB Home Area Estimate report, since 2012 the value of property in Kloof has shown an increasing trend with the exception of 2020 showing a slight decrease. However, this can be attributed to the markets coming to a halt as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic. Other reports reveal that there were 625 properties sold in 2019, while 2020 shows a slight decrease to 545 properties sold in Kloof as per the number of sales registered in the deeds office.
